1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 19klwin ("Platform", "us", "Company"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 19klwin.net website, mobile app, and all related services.

3 Account Security & Password

19klwin shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Financial Transactions

19klwin supports multiple payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 19klwin account.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: MYR 20 for most payment methods.
• No Fees: 19klwin does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any bank charges, if applicable, are the member's responsibility.
• Credit Time: DuitNow and eWallet transfers are typically credited in under 1 minute. Bank transfers may take up to 10 minutes.
• Currency: All transactions on the platform are conducted in MYR.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Members are entitled to withdraw their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (same source of funds principle).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 5 business days depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Balances derived from bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering multiplier) that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within that period will expire automatically.
