We are more than a gaming site. We are a community, a platform, and your gaming partner – built with one goal: to deliver the best gaming experience to every Malaysian player.
Who We Are
19klwin launched in 2019 with a clear vision – to build an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs and lifestyle of Malaysian players. At the time, most platforms on the market were designed for global audiences without accounting for local nuances – from payment methods and interface language to the types of games that players in Malaysia actually enjoy.
The founding team of 19klwin – comprising technology developers, cybersecurity experts, and gaming enthusiasts from Malaysia – decided to build something different. Something closer to the heart of local players. The result is the platform you use today – responsive, integrated, secure, and designed with Malaysian players as the primary focus.
Over six years of operation, 19klwin has grown from a small platform into one of Malaysia's most recognised online gaming destinations, with over 500,000 registered members and a consistently clean winnings payout record.
To become Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platform – by prioritising data security, fair gameplay, seamless payments, and a user experience that meets our members' expectations every day.
To be the long-term gaming partner of every Malaysian player – not just a platform where they play, but a community they trust and are proud to be part of.
Licensed & Regulated: 19klwin operates under a valid international licence and complies with responsible gambling standards set by recognised regulatory bodies.
Our Edge
This isn't just a claim – every feature we offer is built on real feedback from our member community.

The 19klwin app is available for Android and iOS, optimised for Malaysian phones across all price ranges. Lightweight at under 55MB, data-efficient, and runs smoothly on a standard 4G connection.
Our support team speaks Bahasa Malaysia and English, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Live Chat. Our average response time is under 5 minutes – because we know your time is valuable.
Since 2019, 19klwin has paid out millions in winnings to our members without a single payment failure. Your wins are real wins – processed fast and credited directly to your bank account.
Our DNA
A company can make many promises. But at 19klwin, we believe the true value of a platform is seen not in what is written in policies or terms, but in how we respond to our members every single day.
These are the values that guide every decision we make – from adding new features to the app, to how our support team communicates with members who need help.
All games on 19klwin use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent auditing bodies. This means every game outcome is completely random – no manipulation, no unfair advantage to any party.
The return-to-player (RTP) rate for every game is clearly displayed. Deposit limits, bonus terms, and all conditions are written in plain language – not deliberately confusing legal jargon.
Every platform update, every new feature we add, and every technical decision we make starts with one question: "Will this make our members' experience better?"
We take this seriously. 19klwin provides self-management tools such as daily deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options to ensure gaming activity stays within healthy and safe boundaries.
Online gaming technology continues to evolve and we are committed to staying ahead. Monthly updates, the latest game additions from global providers, and app performance improvements are all part of our ongoing commitment.
Our Journey
Our Responsibility
At 19klwin, we believe that enjoyable gaming is responsible gaming. We understand that a small number of users may find it challenging to manage their gaming habits, and we take our responsibility seriously to provide an environment that helps rather than harms.
